Mi sono innamorata di questi orecchini a prima vista, sono veramente bellissimi e dal vivo sono ancora più belli! Sono arrivati nei tempi di consegna previsti e ho ricevuto il numero di tracking per messaggio poco dopo la spedizione, quindi esperienza con la spedizione/servizio clienti assolutamente positiva. Voglio fare di nuovo i complimenti a Rachele perché realizza dei gioielli davvero belli; i miei orecchini sono “perfettamente imperfetti” e unici, perché le piccole imperfezioni dovute al meraviglioso lavoro artigianale li rende splendidi! Non da meno la cura con cui sono stati confezionati: arrivano in una bustina trasparente, dentro ad una scatolina dotata di spugna e insieme ad una bustina coordinata e al bigliettino con contatti e garanzia del prodotto. Acquisterò di nuovo da questo negozio senza dubbio!
